1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

If you disagree with any segment of these provisions, you must immediately halt interactions with our platform structures.
2. Description of Services & Automated Prototype Frameworks
Premium Digital operates high-performance web engineering pipelines, producing automated, phone-free client intake platforms for local service industries. All custom demonstration materials, landing configurations, and digital layouts produced via our chatbot loops represent temporary structural evaluation mockups provided entirely at our discretion.
3. Intellectual Property Rights & Demo Layout Licenses
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all page assets, custom SVG vector graphics (including the Negative Space Cutout branding emblem), interactive script algorithms, structural database triggers, and textual compilations belong exclusively to Premium Digital. Users receive a strict, non-transferable, revocable license to test and evaluate their custom prototype builds internally. You are completely prohibited from scraping, copying, modifying, or redistributing our framework layout code onto alternative public web hosting nodes without authorized developer consent.
4. User Commitments & Prohibited Activities
When providing onboarding metadata to our live booking matrices, you agree to submit completely truthful, accurate, and current identifiers. You explicitly agree not to use this system to propagate fraudulent data queries, inject malicious code blocks, trigger deliberate denial-of-service spikes, or submit falsified Google Business Listing links. We reserve the absolute right to instantly block offending network addresses and remove fake records from our integration tables.
5. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimers
Premium Digital provides all landing pages, script utilities, and evaluation prototypes on an "as-is" and "as-available" operational basis without warranties of any sort, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that real-time calendar availability updates will run completely uninterrupted or entirely free of momentary latency errors. To the maximum extent permitted under United Kingdom governing acts, Premium Digital shall not be liable for any indirect operational losses, missed commercial revenues, or administrative friction resulting from your platform use.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms, conditions, and platform rules are governed by and construed in absolute alignment with the laws of England and Wales. Any unresolved disagreements or claim actions emerging from structural platform engagement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdictional authority of the courts of England and Wales.
